The “Available Groomed SP as 40” mentioned as Backlog health is a not calculated from the sheet. Its an assumption, that if any given point of time your backlog have 40 Story points of stories groomed what will be the Backlog Health in that scenario. As per that example
The Velocity is 32 So expected Backlog groomed story point is 64.
1. If The Backlog have 40 story point groomed then the health will be (40/62) * 100 = 62.5%
or
1. If The Backlog have 20 story point groomed then the health will be (20/62) * 100 = 32.25%
or
1. If The Backlog have 50 story point groomed then the health will be (50/62) * 100 = 80.65%
